We encourage all households to become members of our association.

As a member of the homeowner association you will have access to  information regarding our neighborhood such as events, clubs (book, gardening, etc), garage sales, etc.

The dues are nominal, $110 annually, billed in October and the majority of dues collected are spent on necessary services such as winter plowing and salting of our subdivision roads. The Township does not provide this service to our subdivision. Our subdivision roads are well tended in the winter and are usually the first to be plowed and salted in our area.

Dues are also used for other items such as beautification of entranceways, the annual summer block party, printing and mailing of newsletters, special announcements and the directory.
